Ratings and reviews

It's not really an app. It essentially opens up a web page (their website) on a separate browser. It provides all the information just fine (because it's their website), but the notifications don't work on my device even after spending some time configuring them. This means that if the person doing your laundry is messaging you within the website, you may not know it. Oh, and you won't receive notifications via text either (this to me is a big problem).

The service is convenient (laundry pros can be hit or miss though*) and reasonably priced but this app is janky, even more broken now than before (despite me giving them feedback on it). I can only use the browser version. The bottom buttons on the last Samsung UI version get in the way of the messages, keyboard gets in the way of what you're typing, and now the entire conversation doesn't appear at all... *Yet if you give < 5 star feedback, they say they'll investigate, seems bit harsh

Some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. If you have a good, detail-oriented laundry pro, you should have a great experience. However, if you have an issue, the chat service opens and closes multiples tickets for the same problem. Getting satisfaction for the issue (like a missing item) seems impossible because "no update" is the default and once you have "no update" for a week, you have to buy the same exact item within 30 days of the laundry order to then get a refund.
