Ratings and reviews

It's not really an app. It essentially opens up a web page (their website) on a separate browser. It provides all the information just fine (because it's their website), but the notifications don't work on my device even after spending some time configuring them. This means that if the person doing your laundry is messaging you within the website, you may not know it. Oh, and you won't receive notifications via text either (this to me is a big problem).

Some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. If you have a good, detail-oriented laundry pro, you should have a great experience. However, if you have an issue, the chat service opens and closes multiples tickets for the same problem. Getting satisfaction for the issue (like a missing item) seems impossible because "no update" is the default and once you have "no update" for a week, you have to buy the same exact item within 30 days of the laundry order to then get a refund.

REALLY wanted to love this and did at first, but my recent orders have been terrible. Most laundry pros are great, but feels like they try to take on too much work and are rushed, probably not paid enough. My laundry has come back stinky, damp, or missing items and mixed with someone else's items. This would be fine if customer service wasn't a useless AI bot. Never got my "insured" items replaced. If the service was good they wouldn't have to pay for so many ads. Unethical business practices.
