THE PRICE
Next-day service with Poplin’s Laundry Pros starts at $1/LB. Same-day service starts at $2/LB. Your Laundry Pro will wash, dry, and fold. Pickup and delivery is free. Plus Poplin offers peace of mind through free insurance for up to $200 worth of laundry on all minimum orders.

The minimum order charge depends on your area and the laundry service type selected. You will clearly see the minimum charges for your area prior to placing your order.

ARE LIGHTS AND DARKS SEPARATED?
Yes, of course. You just tap and order. Everything else is taken care of for you.

WHAT ARE MY DETERGENT OPTIONS?
When placing an order, you have 3 detergent options:
1. Premium-scented
2. Hypoallergenic (unscented/sensitive skin)
3. Provide your own

If you choose premium-scented or hypoallergenic, your Laundry Pro will use a top-rated premium brand detergent.

If you choose "provide your own," please include your detergent with your pickup. Your Laundry Pro will use your detergent and return any unused detergent to you.

IS DRY CLEANING AVAILABLE?

UNSAFE OR UNSANITARY LAUNDRY
Poplin Laundry Pros do not service unsafe or unsanitary laundry. They also don’t service laundry that includes excessive pet hair.

Before you place an order you will be asked to certify that your laundry:
- is safe and does not include bed bugs, fleas, roaches, or biohazardous materials.
- is sanitary and does not include feces, urine, blood, or vomit, beyond traces normally found in household laundry.
- does not include excessive pet hair.
Violators incur a $20 fee, laundry returned “as is,” and the account may be closed.

DO I NEED LAUNDRY BAGS?
You can put your laundry out for pickup in any bag you want, disposable bags, or your hamper. Most people use disposable bags or hampers. If you use your hamper your Laundry Pro will transfer your clothes to our disposable bags and leave your hamper behind. You can also use laundry bags or baskets, which your Laundry Pro will return to you laundered. Your laundry will always be delivered in clear plastic bags.

Ratings and reviews

The service is convenient (laundry pros can be hit or miss though*) and reasonably priced but this app is janky, even more broken now than before (despite me giving them feedback on it). I can only use the browser version. The bottom buttons on the last Samsung UI version get in the way of the messages, keyboard gets in the way of what you're typing, and now the entire conversation doesn't appear at all... *Yet if you give < 5 star feedback, they say they'll investigate, seems bit harsh

I love this service, as a disabled individual it truly has changed my life. that said, this app won't even open on my phone, I have to have someone else do it for me (and yes, I have uninstalled/ reinstalled.) The increase in the order minimum is rough, as it's usually not enough to be 30lbs. I read the developers response on another review saying that tipping is optional. No, it's not - and I'm happy to tip. This app REQUIRES a tip to place a new order.

It's not really an app. It essentially opens up a web page (their website) on a separate browser. It provides all the information just fine (because it's their website), but the notifications don't work on my device even after spending some time configuring them. This means that if the person doing your laundry is messaging you within the website, you may not know it. Oh, and you won't receive notifications via text either (this to me is a big problem).

What’s new

In this release, we’ve made receiving in-app messages from your Laundry Pro and order updates from Poplin more reliable. We also fixed an issue that caused the keyboard to overlap text inputs on some Android devices.
