HOW MUCH DO I ACTUALLY GET PAID?
The pay for standard next-day service is $.75/LB. of laundry completed plus tips. The pay for same-day service is $1.50/LB. of laundry completed plus tips. Our top Laundry Pros earn over $6000/month. The average for the top 100 Laundry Pros is about $2500/month. And many Laundry Pros gig part time and earn to save for a vacation, pay a particular bill, or contribute to a college fund.

There is a $15 minimum per order, so you'll always make at least $15 (plus tips) per order.

HORRIBLE APP!!! It's beyond buggy!!! I keep getting stuck on an "ID verification" Screen everytime I open the app. ive been " active " for about 14 days,The app has worked for 3 of those days!! Forced to use the website, which does not provide notifications for new orders. tech support keeps giving the same useless " support/answer" EVERYtime! Thats WHEN I dont get kicked out of a chat! Too much time wasted trying to fix this. They need a serious upgrade!

Laundry Pro here! This app has been buggy since I started with the company. I spend a lot of time having to stand outside of the customer's home just to try and get a delivery picture so I can complete the order. I try resetting the app, clearing the cache , restarting my phone, etc. Its time consuming and frankly, I'm uncomfortable standing outside someone's house for that long. Same for pickups too. Not just delivery. Please fix it. If it wasn't for that, this app would actually be quite great

I am on my 3rd order. I love the gig but the app is very glitchy. I have had to contact support for every order. I have uninstalled/reinstalled, cleared the cache, all the things. Support is VERY helpful, but I should not need to contact support every time I need to upload a picture, confirm pickup and delivery, etc. UPDATE: There have been several updates since my review.The app has been working MUCH better. I DO wish there was a way to thank customers for tipping without contacting support!
