HOW MUCH DO I ACTUALLY GET PAID?
The pay for standard next-day service is $.75/LB. of laundry completed plus tips. The pay for same-day service is $1.50/LB. of laundry completed plus tips. Our top Laundry Pros earn over $6000/month. The average for the top 100 Laundry Pros is about $2500/month. And many Laundry Pros gig part time and earn to save for a vacation, pay a particular bill, or contribute to a college fund.

There is a $15 minimum per order, so you'll always make at least $15 (plus tips) per order.

Ratings and reviews

I've been having issues with pickup and drop-off. When you take a picture and then try to complete, the app just spins and then tells you there was an error. I then have to spend 15+ minutes refreshing and resubmitting until it finally works. This has resulted in deliveries being considered late even though I delivered on time. The Support team is also ZERO help. Not even sure what they're there for because all they do is tell you what you should do next time and that they can't fix your points.

My only issue is the fact that the upload photo section for orders never works. It takes about 10-15 minutes to upload a picture of the order/detergent. Because you have to upload pictures of the beginning/mid/end of an order it creates huge delays and efficiency goes way down. It should not take me closing/resetting the app 5+ times to make a delivery. Wasting both the Pro and the customers time.

This whole app may be a scam. I went through the process of applying, submitting my ID, & a background check. Get the email saying it's complete & will update on the app ASAP. It's been a week, I've submitted 2 emails stating my issue, with a reply that says "escalations team responds in 20-30 minutes." It's been 3 days. Now they're saying a "senior agent" with the escalations team will get back with me ASAP.
