Gave it 1 Star in 2019 due to bugs, Tried it again in 2022 and got it working, worked well for a couple years, Really liked it. Got a new phone in 2025, it won't let me log in, I push the buttons, it just flashes or spins. Contacted customer service, they sent me basic troubleshooting which didn't work. Gave them detailed info on what I did (installed, uninstalled, rebooted, reinstalled, etc no change) never heard back, still can't log in, now on either phone. hire some real programmers already!

I've never felt the need to leave a bad review on an app, but today is that day. I have never used an app that just almost constantly doesnt work. Doesnt matter what sunoco I go to, 9 times out of 10 I continuously get a message that says I'm not close enough to the station, despite the app knowing what station I'm at. Employees never have an answer either. I go to the same 4 Sunocos, it has worked at all 4, but most of the time, it doesn't. When it does, it takes about 15-20 tries.

App was great but has not worked for a month due to "failure to authenticate" and apparentlybthere is no other way to scan your number to get the discount. All PA turnpike stations are Sunoco so you are stuck without the discount is you need to fill up. Reinstalling to see if it works but a major hassle, clearly is a know but unaddressed issue, and has cost me money.
