This app is for Super Savings accounts. If you're a QSuper account holder, download the QSuper app.

the app is incredibly slow to load transactions/needs to be shut down and cleared to make it load. uninstall and reinstall does not fix this also the app doesn't allow you full access to your account and directs you to login to the web browser version, even though you've already logged in and authenticated on the app. unsure they they bothered making an app with only limited functionality, seems only good for checking your balance

This app has the slowest login time I have ever seen, in any app. It is painfully slow, to the point that I am hesitant to check my balance, which is disappointing, because I like to check it daily. Something needs to be done ASAP to fix it. FYI, I am using a premium Galaxy S25 on ultra high speed broadband, so no issues with performance at my end.

I have never experienced a slower app to start in my life. 40 seconds from launching app to see balance is ridiculous. Multiple devices, multiple internet services, all the same issues. It's not me, it's you ART. This time issue started in March.

- Investment asset allocation is back on the Home screen.
-- If you have multiple accounts, you can view investment asset allocation by tapping into each account from the Home screen.
- New notification settings in 'Communication preferences' give you more control over push notifications.
- Maintenance updates to keep the app running smoothly.
