A single higher reading on the scale after a late dinner or salty meal does not mean your progress is gone. Connecting raw daily weights turns normal water-weight swings into a jagged graph. This offline weight loss tracker and BMI calculator shows what is actually happening underneath the daily noise—and because the app has no internet permission, your weight diary, body measurements, and progress photos never leave your phone.
See the real trend behind daily scale swings
Your body weight shifts from morning to morning based on hydration, sleep, and digestion. Instead of reacting to every bounce, this weight tracker calculates an exponential moving-average trend line ("Hacker's Diet" style), resampled to one point per calendar day by averaging multiple same-day weigh-ins. Alongside that smoothed curve, the app fits a least-squares weekly rate of change over a trailing window—such as the last 30 days—so you see your true weekly pace and total change from your first entry.
Set a goal weight and watch your progress on a clean chart with your target line overlaid. You can log a new entry in seconds with the date and an optional note, browse your history, and edit or swipe to delete any past entry.
BMI calculator, healthy weight range, and 8 body measurements
The scale only tells part of the story. When your weight stays flat for a week while your waist shrinks, tape measurements and photos fill in the rest:
- Built-in BMI calculator & healthy weight range: computes your Body Mass Index from your weight and height against World Health Organization (WHO) bands (Underweight, Normal, Overweight) and shows the healthy weight range for your height matching a normal BMI of 18.5–24.9
- Eight body measurements: track your waist, chest, hip, arm, thigh, neck, shoulders, and calf on dedicated charts
- On-device progress photos: keep visual check-ins right alongside your weight log and measurement charts
- Flexible units for every region: log weight in pounds (lb), kilograms (kg), or stones and pounds (st lb, such as 11 st 4.5 lb), and record lengths in inches or centimeters (cm)
Opt-in body fat, lean mass, and resting BMR estimates
If you opt in by setting your sex and birth date in settings (used only in these formulas, computed offline on your device), the app unlocks three additional body-composition estimates: Body fat (est.) calculated via the US Navy circumference method from your height, neck, and waist measurements (plus hip for women, hidden whenever inputs are implausible or outside a physiological 2–60% band), Lean mass derived from your weight and estimated body-fat percentage, and BMR (est.) via the Mifflin-St Jeor formula showing estimated calories burned at rest per day (kcal/day).
Built for quiet daily use
Turn on timezone-aware daily reminder notifications for your morning weigh-in, and place the home-screen widget on your launcher to check your latest numbers at a glance. The interface adapts to light, dark, or system themes with Material You dynamic color, celebrates milestones with confetti, and supports 50 languages.
Provably offline on your device with CSV import and export
The shipped release build does not even request Android's INTERNET permission (declaring only local notification and boot permissions for reminders). There is no account, no sign-up, no analytics, no crash reporting, and no cloud server—every entry lives in a local SQLite database on your phone.
You stay in charge of your own backups: export your history to a standard CSV file anytime or import an existing CSV file (supporting kg, lb, and stone entries) when changing phones.
Disclaimer: BMI, healthy weight ranges, trend lines, weekly rates, and rough estimates such as Body fat (US Navy method), Lean mass, and BMR (Mifflin-St Jeor) are computed offline for informational self-tracking only and are not medical advice.
