Decent app, and I would have given it 5 stars had it not been for a persistent bug where it keeps wanting to sign you up for the pricier location's monthly fee (39.99), even though the nearest location is cheaper (36.99) and that's the one I usually go to. Because of this, I refuse to add my second car, since the app won't let me pick my preferred location as my base location.

I called to cancel my monthly subscription before the free trial was over and was told it was successfully canceled, but I but was charged anyway. I logged into my account and it said my membership was still active due to a recurring payment being successful- so again, I cancelled my subscription in the self-serve menu. I would like a refund for the 36.99 I was charged on the account that should have already been canceled, but I cannot get in contact with anyone.

I really don't understand the requirement to use an app for a car wash. We used to be able to sign up, agree to repeat charges, and get a sticker for our car. Just go to a local Mr. carwash, and you can do it all from their website, or right at the car wash and get a simple sticker like we used to be able to do with Quality/Tommy's. They got too big, and stopped caring about making things simple for customers.
