I spent hours attempting to complete a transfer. I ended up after 3 1/2 hours of back and forth canceling my transaction. I had used for over a month while I was in another country. For some reason they now needed additional id, and bank statements to prove I had paid transactions prior. I dont know that I will be desperate enough to use them again. They are not helpful, nor are they looking out for your best interest. They wasted the better part of the day giving me the run around.

it's a horrible app, please don't use it for your sake. Despite sending them my ID and 2 different banks' recent bank statements, they have withheld money that I was sending to my mum for her meds "under compliance hold". I have tried to reach them several times but they keep ignoring me and I can't get my money back.

Supersonic is a Scamming platform. They deliver your first and second transaction just to make you think they are real. Onward, they will keep delaying your money for a very long time, even when you contact them, they won't do anything about it, they will keep frustrating you until you get tired of writing to them. I wrote to them continuously and they deactivated my account without delivering my money to the recipient neither did they send it back to me. They have my money and blocked my acc
