Ratings and reviews

The current version of the app crashes (immediately closes) when ever you need to select from your previous favourite Sweepstars list. This includes clicking rebook next to a previously favourited Sweepstar. Which means you can only rely on being assigned a random Sweepstar which is incredibly annoying as you have to have someone new in your house each time. The website doesn't let you use this feature otherwise I would do it via the web instead.

It is an amazing service, especially when you find the right person to work for you. I can not recommend Sweepsouth more than enough. we have been using them now since January 2026 and NEVER looked back. Thank you for an excellent service and especially to my superstar I found through them.

Take money, no service. This is not about service. They place a hold on my account, send someone who did not do a single thing one hour after her scheduled arrival time. They then promised me a replacement for the same day. Nobody arrived. I had to follow up. Then they said they will do a booking for the next day. Nobody arrived. I had to follow up again just to be told that she canceled the booking but they are so sorry for the inconvenience. Now I have to wait 10 days for my refund.
