The services were good for some time as we were able to retain the same sweepstar for our biweekly booking. However, of late there is a different lady with every booking and no option on the app to select your preferred lady. This means with every booking we have to brief a new lady. This makes it highly tedious and inconvenient to the client and defeats the purpose of the services.

Sweepsouth is great, their stars are always well mannered and kind. I would like to see some additional filter features on the app. Like being able to select sweepstars who will work with pets. instead I have to individually check each star by selecting their profile and scrolling to bottom of the page to see if they are OK to work with pets in the environment, especially dogs, many stars are afraid of dogs.

The appointed sweepstar was cancelled, and no new allocation was made. It took me 10 mins to connect to the call centre. There seems to be one person working at the call centre. each time I called, it took over 10 mins for them to pick up. Eventually, the line was not going through anymore. The app autonomously moved my booking to the next week without consulting me. No communication was made about the no-show!
