Ratings and reviews

The current version of the app crashes (immediately closes) when ever you need to select from your previous favourite Sweepstars list. This includes clicking rebook next to a previously favourited Sweepstar. Which means you can only rely on being assigned a random Sweepstar which is incredibly annoying as you have to have someone new in your house each time. The website doesn't let you use this feature otherwise I would do it via the web instead.

The services were good for some time as we were able to retain the same sweepstar for our biweekly booking. However, of late there is a different lady with every booking and no option on the app to select your preferred lady. This means with every booking we have to brief a new lady. This makes it highly tedious and inconvenient to the client and defeats the purpose of the services.

Nice for a once off job or something specific for a day, but unreliable otherwise. Allocation and availability of Sweepstars tedious, impossible to keep much continuity with repeat bookings for more than a few weeks ‐ never know what you are in for the next week. Also more expensive. I am going back to the traditional hire, much less stressful.
