Ratings and reviews

We are so disappointed and angry with Sweepsouth. We purchased 2 vouchers that were never allocated to our account, and when contacting the contact center, they informed us that they were unable to locate the vouchers on their system. Despite sending emails and calling to query, we have had no feedback.

Its great, but a seriously wish they did not automatically schedule the service date for the next day. Rather make it blank with a required field to fill in the date. So many time I forget to check the date and it is accidently booked for the next day instead of when I need it

Terrible app. Can't reset a password, doesn't do anything if you try send a reset password email to yourself. No other options to select from. Overall frustrating to use, i ended up deleting the app!
