This app is extremely frustrating. The OTP expires in 5 minutes, but I receive it after 15–20 minutes, making it useless. My account gets locked, and unlocking requires another code that also arrives late. It’s a broken cycle. I also can’t transfer money it keeps saying “incorrect transaction” even after multiple attempts. Basic features like OTP and transfers should work. Please fix this.

Great at balance inquiry, other than that nothing else. its been two days since I cannot transfer my fund in any of my other bank accounts and it always appears invalid transaction, it is sooooo frustrating! Before that your OTPs expired after 5 minutes, but then i always receive the OTP in 7 minutes minimum therefore rendering your OTP useless as your app! Change your ITs now!

Too many restrictions. Useless app. Latest version (5.9.0) wouldn't let me login anymore. Fingerprint doesn't work. Password login doesn't work. I had to use a browser just to open my account. Thanks BoC for the update. You outdid yourself this time. One step forward, two steps backward.
