This app is extremely frustrating. The OTP expires in 5 minutes, but I receive it after 15–20 minutes, making it useless. My account gets locked, and unlocking requires another code that also arrives late. It’s a broken cycle. I also can’t transfer money it keeps saying “incorrect transaction” even after multiple attempts. Basic features like OTP and transfers should work. Please fix this.

Your mobile app's online banking enrollment is incredibly frustrating. I wasted significant time trying to enroll multiple times, following every step. Each attempt ended the same way: "call our hotline." This is not a convenient online process; it's a frustrating loop that wastes user effort. and defeats the purpose of an app. Please fix it. Very disappointed

Great at balance inquiry, other than that nothing else. its been two days since I cannot transfer my fund in any of my other bank accounts and it always appears invalid transaction, it is sooooo frustrating! Before that your OTPs expired after 5 minutes, but then i always receive the OTP in 7 minutes minimum therefore rendering your OTP useless as your app! Change your ITs now!
