This app is extremely frustrating. The OTP expires in 5 minutes, but I receive it after 15–20 minutes, making it useless. My account gets locked, and unlocking requires another code that also arrives late. It’s a broken cycle. I also can’t transfer money it keeps saying “incorrect transaction” even after multiple attempts. Basic features like OTP and transfers should work. Please fix this.

Too many restrictions. Useless app. Latest version (5.9.0) wouldn't let me login anymore. Fingerprint doesn't work. Password login doesn't work. I had to use a browser just to open my account. Thanks BoC for the update. You outdid yourself this time. One step forward, two steps backward.

This is by far the worst mobile banking service I have ever experienced. I have been unable to transfer money since December, and until now there has been no resolution at all. I already sent an email, yet no proper action has been taken. This level of service is extremely disappointing, frustrating, and unacceptable.”
