Frustrating. I'm on the Premium+ trial. (1) Once connected to Android Auto, the phone app disables itself, so I cannot enter destinations using the app. It forces me to use the car touchscreen that I hate. (2) If I back out of the app and "exit", it becomes both disconnected and connected—it still beeps at me whenever I exceed the speed limit, but won't reconnect to Android Auto for navigation no matter how many times I press the connect button or re-plug into USB. Forces me to restart my car.

I am writing to express my disappointment with my experience using Sygic GPS. Despite setting my preferences to avoid congestion pricing and tolls I was charged $200 in congestion pricing fees. The app is very slow to reroute if I miss the exit. Additionally, the address accuracy has been unreliable. I recently arrived late to a doctor's appointment because the app directed me 3 miles away from the correct location. This isn't the first this has happened, and it is causing me significant stres

Very nice App, works well, and reasonably priced for the Premier version. I personally use it along with Google, Apple, Waze, Here, and many other mapping apps. Because it doesn't need the internet to work you're never lost and when you're stuck in a traffic jam you can use it re-route around the accident and continue on to your destination. I personally have used this feature and can attest that it works well.

What’s new

We’ve added new map display options in Settings, where you can turn the Traffic layer and 3D Terrain on or off to customize your map view. This update also includes several smaller improvements and stability enhancements for a smoother experience.
