I want to like the app but there's too much going against it. For one thing the UI takes a long time to get used. The workout library needs 'equipment' and 'no equpiment' added to the filer which just has muscle groups. The biggest thing for me though is what movements are considered to be beginner, intermediate, or advanced. There is absolutely no way a "beginner" could be expected to do walk walks, handstand pushups, and pistol squats.

Will you all be adding the guide-along videos back to the handstand technique guide? I really appreciated it when I first started learning my handstands, but now I feel a bit lost when it comes to my handstand balance / finger pressing. Otherwise, my experience using this app has been awesome. It's my go-to app for training, and I know I can always find a guaranteed effective and challenging workout every time. Keep it up! -missjinju

I have used this app before and its great it helped me slim down a lot. It seems its been updated a lot since I last installed the app and I've only done one full workout and I just didn't like how small the timer is and you cant follow along with someone through the workout, I have to manually look at the timer all the time and scroll the screen to follow the workout. It would be easier that way than to stop so often to look at the screen so much. But great app overall.
