Very poor execution. The app (5.2.2) has no auto advance, countdown, or indication that a set is complete. You have to read the on-screen prompts and physically interact with your phone throughout your workout. Both FitOn and fitify are better options, plus they have music integrated into the app. Thenx should take notes and try again. This isn't it.

After the new update it has rarely worked. Also, the calendar system was better than retroactively trying to find the previous days workout. Especially, since I missed the workout due to the app's update. It also seems the workouts have been decreased in difficulty after the update i.e. intermediate works would typically consist of 7-8 different exercises with 4 rounds. Looking through now they have 6 with 3 rounds. I am aware i could add exercises and an additional round. Not too pleased.

I want to like the app but there's too much going against it. For one thing the UI takes a long time to get used. The workout library needs 'equipment' and 'no equpiment' added to the filer which just has muscle groups. The biggest thing for me though is what movements are considered to be beginner, intermediate, or advanced. There is absolutely no way a "beginner" could be expected to do walk walks, handstand pushups, and pistol squats.
