"uh-oh something went wrong" I get this error nonstop even after reinstalling. Tried ordering online which worked but online doesn't let you use rewards. What a silly problem. App is nonsense. edit: I sent an email to the address listed in the reply. no answer yet. I'm not sure what they can do for my individual account that they cannot do for all the other reviews. treating this 1 by 1 seems ineffective. edit2: the app updated but still is not working.

They never confirm the location you want to order from and instead of automatically ordering from the closest location like every other food app, they use the last location. If you ordered from a Taco Bell 30 miles away last time, then your order is going to that Taco Bell instead of the one you're sitting in the parking lot of. Also had it tell me there was an error ordering, made me resubmit the order, just to find out at the restaurant that I now had a duplicate order to refund.

I tried to place an order in the app and it kept giving me an error, it wasn't until the next day when I realized my card was charged all 5 times I attempted to place the order. They were eventually reversed but it reduced my available credit until the charges were credited back. There shouldn't be online exclusive offers if you're not able to order online.
