Horrible experience with this app. The product photos were not being uploaded correctly. I chose certain products and I received other products not the same photos on the app. and the expiration of the products was after 1 day. also, not easy to to customer care of Talabt. no way to use any of Talabt app or any other delivery app owing by them

They are good until you face a problem with them, and then you discover how bad their customer service is. My first order was a meal that came missing an item. I contacted them and they fixed it by refunding the missing item. Then on my fourth order, again, it came with a missing item. This time, they kept marking the case as resolved despite the many reviews of the restaurant saying order come often with missing items. It seems you get to complain only once. After that, you have no right to.

i am very dissatisfied with the service I received. For the second day, there have been issues with my orders. Money was taken, but no delivery was made. they said technical issues. When I tried to contact customer support, the operators were unhelpful and rude. I believe there may have been a change in management, as the overall service quality has become noticeably worse. Due to this experience, I will no longer be using Talabat and cannot recommend it to others.
