Ratings and reviews

Very awful service and they don't even compensate customers for their own mistakes. I have ordered a meal at 4:00 and didn't get it till 6:30 and they said there was a problem in the system that didn't show the order and never offered any compensation. Although I have been a customer with them for long time and make at least one order per week. Awful customer appreciation, not using it anymore.

Really bad service. The customer service team clearly has no skills to deal with customers — maybe they aren’t even trained properly. Expect to wait at least an hour for your order, only for them to say “it’s on the way.” Last time I ordered, the app showed that the delivery guy had picked it up. T hirty minutes later, I called him — and he said he wasn’t even at the restaurant yet! Save yourself the frustration. Just use a different app.

The app makes far too many mistakes. Very often, customer service tells the user to pay for their order and guarantees they will send someone to fix it, which they never do. Once they guarantee your money, they don't care. Delivery drivers are scared of getting in trouble, so you often have to follow their so called procedure after fearing that the already struggling delivery driver will take the fall from cancelling the order, or just not paying for the missing items. Uninstalled!
