I'm sad to have to give one star. the service is not working at all for me. I'm not able to add my card. my bank is not receiving any requests, so the issue is on talkremit's side. customer service doesn't believe me and tells me the problem is with the bank. I've tried over and over, nothing works. customer service is really failing to give any explanation as to why it's not working, much less provide a solution to the problem.

Not reliable at all. They can keep your money for days blaming technical fault to the destination. Customer service is very unhelpful too. They also have a text service which doesn"t work. whole experience is frustrating specially if you have an emergency. I would not recommend at all.

The TalkRemit app is not a good option for EU residents because the processing time is far too long—often more than 24 hours. I recommend using an agency to send money instead of the TalkRemit app. I have experienced several issues with delayed processing. I contacted the support center multiple times, but the only response I received was that the money was “under review.” After 24 to 48 hours, the transfer was eventually released without requesting any additional documents.
