Worked for a week then they hiked their fee and now can't make any more payments. stopped sending requests to the bank. Customer care not helpful with the issue. They get you hooked with the rates then don't even bother resolving any problems you face

Until this month, this app and their other app (Dahabshiil) have been my go to apps but all of a sudden transactions are not processed, customer service is non existent, calls go unanswered the whole day, when they reply, the answers are generic, basically it is frustrating when I had just started trusting them. But my questions are: why are you sabotaging a service working so well, are you going out of business, have the customers become so many that your systems can't handle transactions?

The TalkRemit app is not a good option for EU residents because the processing time is far too long—often more than 24 hours. I recommend using an agency to send money instead of the TalkRemit app. I have experienced several issues with delayed processing. I contacted the support center multiple times, but the only response I received was that the money was “under review.” After 24 to 48 hours, the transfer was eventually released without requesting any additional documents.
