Tap2SOS helps clinics manage patient profiles and surface emergency info fast. Clinicians can add and update demographics, medical conditions, medications, vitals, and lifestyle factors, attach images/PDFs, and store an emergency contact. Each patient gets a secure link and can be written to an NFC tag, enabling quick retrieval of key details in urgent situations. The app supports browsing patient lists, viewing full profiles with attachments, and editing or deleting records with real-time updates. NFC read/write is supported to scan cards and open the patient’s record.
