what's happening?? up until today the app has worked beautifully. I loved it. fast forward to today. when attempting to open the app I was met with a message stating the app needed to update. after being diverted to the play store, there was no option to update. I even un-installed, then reinstalled the app and I'm still getting the same message. HELP!

App is trash. My company started Using it several months ago and right off the bat, it stopped working after I had only done one transfer. It took more than a month for them to get the app back up and running And since then seems to have been working ok. But once again, my hours are not updating.And when you call customer service , all you get is a bunch of excuses and are pretty much told to hurry up and wait we'll get to it whenever we get to it. Customer service is pretty much useless!!!

After reading the reviews, I'm finding that I'm having some of the same issues as other users. Pay/hours worked do not sync properly. Every support agent tells you something COMPLETELY different. I was able to see a balance update every day. I've worked two consecutive days and thought I could use a bit more to get by on while I have a day off. Still a $0 balance. Also, when an agent doesn't know how to solve your concerns, they ghost you.
