Clock your time as usual at work and your available earnings will automatically update in Tapcheck’s system.
Log in to see your available balance (how much you can transfer today).
Enter the amount you want to transfer and send it to your bank.
Get paid.
When payday comes, the amount you took early will be automatically repaid before you get your check.

The service constantly labels you as an inactive employee. And then when you call to get it fixed they say well I see that you are scheduled but you're inactive in the system so we will have to verify with the office. Every single time. That's if you can get ahold of them. Tried 5 times today at different times every time it said wait time is 7 minutes and then hung up. and choosing the call back option doesn't work either. You need to fix this glitch.

App is trash. My company started Using it several months ago and right off the bat, it stopped working after I had only done one transfer. It took more than a month for them to get the app back up and running And since then seems to have been working ok. But once again, my hours are not updating.And when you call customer service , all you get is a bunch of excuses and are pretty much told to hurry up and wait we'll get to it whenever we get to it. Customer service is pretty much useless!!!

After reading the reviews, I'm finding that I'm having some of the same issues as other users. Pay/hours worked do not sync properly. Every support agent tells you something COMPLETELY different. I was able to see a balance update every day. I've worked two consecutive days and thought I could use a bit more to get by on while I have a day off. Still a $0 balance. Also, when an agent doesn't know how to solve your concerns, they ghost you.
