About this app

AmParcat./ro/ is a mobile application for card payment of parking in cities across Romania. You can pay for your car's parking using any debit or credit card issued in Romania, which you only need to input once during a parking payment, and then use it whenever you want. It's a parking payment solution as smart as your smartphone, protecting you from parking fines and offering more time and peace when you're in town.

How to use the application: 3 steps to peacefully park in the city

(1) Find a parking spot
The street is detected automatically. You'll see the hourly parking rate for that area. Discover the fastest driving route to your desired parking spot. And you'll know exactly how to get back to your car, no matter where you are.

(2) Choose the parking duration
Not sure how long you'll be in town? No problem. Choose any duration over 30 minutes, and you can extend it anytime, automatically or manually, from anywhere, without worries. The minimum parking duration varies depending on the parking place and parking operator.

(3) Pay and smile
Add your card only for the first payment, and then instantly pay for subsequent parking. You can purchase credits directly from the app or through SelfPay payment stations, to use them for parking payment. The value of one credit is 1 RON. It's super easy and fast.

Allows you to pay for parking using any debit, credit card, or by using credits.

You receive notifications before a parking session expires.
You can extend a parking session anytime and anywhere, without re-entering your card details.
Use the Automatic Parking Extension function and relax until you finish your business in the area. The option is only available for payment with credits.

You have the possibility to save a photo or .pdf copy of the documents (RCA, Casco, ITP, vignette) related to the vehicles in the account and the expiration dates for RCA, Casco, ITP, vignette, roadside assistance, driving license, medical kit, and fire extinguisher. You receive notifications every time any document/component is approaching its expiration date.
You can record and count the penalty points received, suspension of the driving license, use of the circulation proof and its extension.
The possibility to download the report on the parking history and the report of the used cars.
The possibility to enter billing data and receive an invoice for the made parking by email.

The application can currently be used for all public parking in Bucharest, Oradea, Ploiești, Focșani, and Câmpulung Muscel. Parking prices through the application and the minimum duration may vary depending on the parking location.

Ratings and reviews

I payed the parking fees for a long time with no problem, no difficulties. Since about one month it is impossible any more. The application just doesn't work. It opens, It is trying to find the location (showing a blank screen) and after aprox 30 seconds it stops. And again and again, the same. I uninstalled and installed again the app from Play Store, but no change. The same behaviour. Need advice. Thanks.

The app became bloated with lottery related products and advertisements. Any time I need to use the app to do something related to parking or car info management (the main objectives of this app) I have to waste time skipping lottery ads and find my way through the lottery items. You already charge an extra fee over the parking price, why do you also promote lottery so aggressively? You also don't make proper use of notification categories, so I can't disable the lottery related notifications.

this app is full of annoying adds and unnecessary offers. maybe others are ok with this but for me this is pure junk. I can pay parking with other apps. I don't understand why it's so popular. to the developer: don't bother to ask me about my experience as I won't lose my time to describe it. this app was a lost time for me
