App keeps on crashing after update. Worst service by tata. 50% of time there charging stations don't work and if they are found in working conditions some or the other technical issues occur ( error on charging stations or app does not respond).

I am using it since last 2 years. It works amazingly in realtime and super fast. Tata has nice network spread accross country. App keeps the history properly. Some disadvantages i found: 1. Highest in rates in the country compared to any other charger. 2. Chargers which are no more available/discarded should be removed from the app 3. Realtime proper technical support should be provided by customer care. 4. This app takes GST/fees unlike other charger apps.

Very costly, as you are selling vehicles and installing charging points more. It is doesn't mean you can charge high, which is not good. TS EV charging 13/-, jio bp is charging 15.99/- you are charging 24/- plus tax which is almost double. that too for a 25KW setup
