My experience with this app was extremely disappointing. The order was very late, customer service never replied, and I couldn’t cancel or know if it was coming. When it finally arrived, the food was in terrible condition; the chicken looked reheated and the packaging wasn’t original. After receiving no reply on the app, I contacted them on Instagram and they still blamed me instead of fixing the issue. Very unprofessional and completely unacceptable.

⭐️ 1 Star – Worst Experience Ever! I ordered from this restaurant five times and never received my order even once! The last order was cancelled by the restaurant, and no one from the app contacted me for more than an hour. Delivery can call you at 2 AM for an order you placed at 8 PM! My brother once ordered too — he ate, slept, and got a call at 1:30 AM saying “your order just arrived”! Terrible service, terrible delivery, and zero respect for customers.

This is easily one of the worst, most useless, and most frustrating apps I have ever used. The so-called “customer support” is a complete disaster — unprofessional, misleading, and absolutely pointless. They keep repeating the same fake line: “We will submit a complaint, sir,” knowing very well that nothing will ever be done. Orders take an outrageous amount of time, sometimes over two or even three hours, with no explanation, no accountability, and no respect for the customer’s time or money.
