Very poor experience! I just downloaded the app and am trying it out for the very first time. As I'm at checkout, I was asked multiple times to verify my phone number, which I verified so many times to count; then I was halted at this step with no further procedure!!!

I made an order and paid using a visa card, the order was supposed to arrive after 65 minutes, and I waited 2 hours and called the restaurant that I ordered from, they told me that the order was ready but the delivery didn't pick it up, this was 20 minutes after sending to costumer service. they responded after half an hour and told me the driver was on his way,and after waiting another 40 minutes ,he order was cancelled,and the money was returned to my in-app wallet and not refunded. 0/10.

Terrible experience. I couldn't access my account or create a new one, and customer service was rude, unhelpful, and kept closing chats without resolving anything. The worst part was the order. I accepted the delay, but after waiting nearly 100 minutes, the food arrived from a completely different restaurant that I never ordered from or approved. The quality was very poor, and I paid for one restaurant but received another. Completely unacceptable,Your quality control is clearly nonexistent.
