Update 3/5/24: The latest update appears have fixed the app displayed text issue! Original review: Main screen for air conditioner doesn't display the full text for the mode and temperature due to font size. Such a simple failure, even though I'm able to control most of the AC functions, that makes it irritating every time I open the app.

App crashes before you can even add a device Who makes appliances that try and connect to wifi when you haven't ever attempted it before? And to be forced to use an app that crashed and says it has bugs? So let's let the 87 year old lady get ill from heat from a 8000 btu ac that's just an expensive hunk of metal being it wants to use wi fi, which is not needed, and can't even be put on the wi fi being there is no way to disable it besides the app that doesn't work!!@ I'll be calling tomorrow!

This is just an appliance remote control app that tries to disguise itself as a smart home app. I open it just to turn ON/OFF the A/C or change its settings. Nothing else. However this launches another service in the background (MQTT) and both remain running in the background after you finish using it, draining your phone battery (and who knows what else it does). Update: I got to disconnect it from my AP and now doesn't connect anymore. Both the app and the smart module are just garbage.
