Ratings and reviews

Updates are made to this app weekly changing the interoperability constantly. Crashes often and doesn't initialize first try. Menus change location and don't function logically. Login works approx 1/2 of the time before crashing. The app initialization stops music playing on the phone despite not having a startup tone/music.

Keeps crashing when I try to sell my tickets. They give you the run around when you try and contact someone for help. When you try and contact TD Garden for help, they tell you to call/email Ticketmaster. When you contact Ticketmaster, they tell you that TD Garden is responsible for troubleshooting the problem. Update 2022: this app is still garbage. Now whenever I attempt to login to access my tickets it tells me I have no internet connection when I absolutely do

Terrible app, loads very slowly, things pop and take you randomly to different pages. Very hard time retrieving my tickets. Freezes. Not user friendly and full of annoying and distracting ads.
