I was really enjoying the app as it was easy to use and you could look and see who was working just morning shift or just night shift. Now it gives the entire day which makes it difficult to see who is actually off a certain shift if you need to find coverage. If I need to get Monday PM covered I can't just see who is off at night anymore since it shows the entire day. Really unfortunate as that was one of the most useful features that I personally used quite often.

Edit 2: as always Hotschedules is on top of it!! They were quick to respond to their customers to switch their layout back to what we're used to! Thank you!! ---‐-----------‐------------------------- I've been working in the restaurant industry for almost 20 years, and this app has done wonders with the hassle that comes from trying to get your shifts picked up or swapped. Simple to use, and very convenient on the go.

As a staff member, every change they make, both in app and browser, seems to make things worse. Staff in schedule listed by last name: who knows each others' last names? Can only see schedules of members of your workgroup: never know when people are working, if they only work one day in your workgroup. I prefer list view, but they changed it to a calendar in browser. Can't see who worked last night in app. Edit 11-21-24: the UI it just changed to is even worse. But I hit text limit
