You are making it worse. Every time I open the app and try to connect, it will always say "A connection could not be established", and I have to wait for a moment before I can connect. After updating to the current version, I was unable to send backspace key from my android keyboard, and some keys have to be pressed twice. This is really disturbing, and I promise that if there is alternative remote control software like yours, I will definitely buy it for no doubt. Low quality software 😠

Unreliable. Sometimes works, sometimes doesn't. I keep updating both the host and the client and sometimes I cannot connect and had to drive to my server location to check why it is not working. None of the indicators or forums/support gave any working solution. Update: the problem persisted and on top of that, I was flagged that I'm using Teamviewer for commercial uses which is not true. I got so limited for no reason at the point of being unusable. Switched to AnyDesk and have no issues.

Android keyboard broken! You can input text on remote PC, but when you hit Enter key it closes Android keyboard rather than send carriage return. So right now app is DOA. Even the most minor regression testing should have caught this. When I get home from this trip I'm uninstalling this and looking for an alternative.
