About this app

Change habits was created with the intention of giving insight into various deep topics like how habits are formed from early stages of life, power of mind, levels of Subconscious, accessing theta level of subconscious, neuroplasticity, unlearn the old habits and plant new habits. It also provides self-assessment tool to the individuals so that they can be able to search in our AI tool for positive affirmations, prepare customized audio and listen to it while in sleep/theta stage.

Here we developed super-efficient process of using sleep as method to go into theta stage, listen to customized affirmations audio file that has positive affirmations embedded in it.

Affirmations are kind of positive statements that can help you to shift your focus from old habits and develop new thought process.

So when you put earphones on as you go to bed and hear to audio file containing positive affirmations daily, those affirmations are not going into the conscious mind, but they are going straight into subconscious mind and can reprogram it.

HOW CHANGE HABITS APP WORKS

1.You can use our software powered by AI and create positive affirmations on the top of base sounds.
2.Intertwining positive positive affirmations with these audio waves will be super effective tool to hit theta level. Our tool will walk and help you through every step.
3.You can create positive affirmations and audio file in whatever language you are comfortable with.

I tried many other apps and they are okay but requires so much work from our side. I’m ready to do that work but sometimes I forgot to do the tasks at regular intervals. But Change Habits simply does everything for you while you are sleeping

Magical... The customized audio from my affirmations is calm and soothing like honey. I have a watch and app that reads heart rate/stress level and all vitals. To my surprise, they all went down with no special effort from me just by listening in the mornings.
