Dear Romansiah team, I have been using the app since last two years or more. This evening I had a bad experience (8-Aug-2024). Delivery guy did not delivery the order and cancelled by himself, I called him 3 times did not pick up my call. I tried to send email mentioned for app support but received delivery failure message. Kindly confirm how to contact your customer care ? Thanks.

Food use to be quite attractive in terms of taste and delivery. But last order I waited for 1 hour 45 minutes, and cancelled. And there is no proper contact to trace delivery and if someone chats and says its out for delivery for an hour, it bad.. And they charges for the delivery too.. good thing is that my location is now marked as beyond delivery..
