The 3 Net Wise, Inc. RPM Platform is a patented Telehealth solution designed for use by authorized Physicians, Nurses, and Primary Care Providers.
It serves as a companion app to our Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) system, enabling outstanding care coordination for at-risk Medicare/Medicaid patients in both rural and urban communities.

HOW IT WORKS

This app securely connects to external, FDA-cleared medical devices via Bluetooth or cellular data.

It collects and transmits real-time vital signs data from those devices.

The data is safely delivered to the patient's authorized healthcare provider.
