This app is great when it works, but on some occasions, it just loads endlessly. If you need to check something urgent, this app issue will be the other unexpected urgent issue you need to get past. Also, your CCTVs for some reason have this persistent issue to show a "Network Error" or "Device Offline" when reviewing past recordings. That's on ethernet btw. We're starting to move everything to Tapo/TP-Link which doesn't have these.

Just purchased Tenda camera, downloaded app, can't even register, trying to get a verification code and it keeps coming up with error 100001 and saying try again later, sent an email to support, will update if I hear back and manage to get this working.

the worest camera ever , it lagging a lot ,it stopped working after a little time, I contacted the company several times without any response, Now it stopped totally,I can't even linked it to my mobile phone، I will submit an official complain في جهاز حمايه المستهلك بسبب هذه الشركه وارفع شكوي علي الفيسبوك Never ever buy this camera
