App keeps crashing when pressing playback. What is the meaning of the setting called Device On or Off in More settings? It keeps switching back to Off. P. S. After turning the camera power supply off and back on, it started working again. The camera not communicating anymore was the cause.

I would like an option to switch between accounts without logging out and re-login to the other account. human detection is not always too great. app needs a lot of work. if they can sort out the app, I'll give it a higher rating. notification time frames set on the custom notification time periods does not work great.

for years the app was excellent, but since they tried to sell the cloud, they sacrificed the convenience of its users. please no need to put extra time on loading the app by advertising & selling your cloud, we wouldn't buy and you loose respect
