App works well but there's an issue with customer or client service support I tried to send messages for the attention of support team but to no avail. I don't know if they still work or support clients if they have difficulty with the app

I have 3 camera, 2 of them are brand and 1 is old, recently I having many issues in the app like cctv's alarm and lighting toggle is automatically turning off for no reason, kindly solve this alarm and lighting problem ASAP, the camera's hardware seem fine the lighting is showing only while booting, have been using this app for 2 years but, I'm disappointed in this bugs and glitches on the app.......

used to love this app. since the latest update, no longer able to use finger print to login. have to enter password everytime and notifications no longer xome through when movement is detected. please revert back to last version or I'll end uo having to get another brand and will just throw yours in the bin at this rate.
