Has always loaded very slowly, but since the last few updates, whenever I open the app it says "self test failed." This happens on multiple phones and reinstalling didn't fix it.

Tesla wall conecter will not connect to my wifi after about 13 trys. Im dead in the water. Now I come to find there is a Tesla pro app they have the stones to charge .10 for. Of course this gets tied up in password hell FOR 10 CENTS. After dropping $550 for the device and $425 in the last 3 months on their chargers. You think 10 cents is good policy? How about 800 tech service line instead of a slap in the face!

This is probably one of the most unfriendly and useless apps I have ever come across. Tesla told me to use the Blue app only and do not use the red app. The staff do not understand how their own systems work. I don't blame them, they try hard but they are not properly trained. It's the companies fault. After help from a nice lady I was able to get it working.
