Terrible. In the last year, there have been 2-3 updates. One of the updates caused the app to require you to do extra steps to enter your 2nd chance games. And even worse than that, the app is super slow in giving you your results. It never used to be like this. It's faster to just go check your results at the store. Which is sad. I don't even want to get tix anymore because it's so slow.

Well, here we are again. I guess making an app that worked for a couple months is the best you guys can do. It's back to garbage. Won't scan things. Won't load all the way. Just more of the same. How is it that you can take in this amount of money and not have people that can keep this thing running without it always having problems. Look through my edit history. This isn't new..

The new login process utilizing the 2-FA is a little inconvenient. Apparently, put there to further protect the user's private account information. With all the data breaches going on, IMO, it's better to be safe than sorry. The current issue is that sometimes the scanner mis-reads whether the ticket is being checked to see if it's a winner or if it's a Luck Zone entry. Will clear app cache to see if the issue is eliminated. If that doesn't work, then a fix is needed. Still a 5 Star app.
