I loved this app for years! It's always been so easy and accessible. I got a new phone recently so, I downloaded it. There's no login option, no back option, nothing except for a big "age not verified" logo and cancel in the top right corner. If I hit cancel it closes the app...but there's no menu option, no login page. It's useless if I can't use it....please help!

The app takes more than three minutes to get past the initial screen with the logo, then an additional two minutes of it loading something only to leave me with a blank screen. I finally figured out that I can click the menu in the top left, another minute of loading before I can click the button to scan the ticket, only to find out that this doesn't support barcode scanning on my device. I spent more than 15 minutes trying to scan a ticket, it was quicker to drive to the store and scan there.

I've lost all of my numbers and the ability to play independently because there was no notice that the app was being changed (down-graded in my opinion) to no longer save favorite/lucky numbers. I can't see the tiny numbers to mark them on the paper slips! If I do have help at home, I never remember to take the paper. They are so inconvenient.
