For some reason Thai airways requires a title for me to be able to update anything related to my flight. They also went ahead and locked the cell for title on the mobile website, desktop website, and mobile app. This amazing combination of settings makes it so I cannot do anything at all related to my booking as it consistently has an error to update my title and then it won't let me select the cells for updating that information. If I try to skip it pops an error for no title being updated.

I can't create an account- it asks for first and middle name as in passport, which I have entered correctly, but when I click the 'continue' button it gives me an error saying "name should be less than 40 characters and will supports only alphabets and space". My name is less than 40 characters and I have only added one space between first and last name, no other characters.

Never stays logged in. I couldn't cancel when I was running late so my return flight was cancelled. They want to charge me more than the ticket price to get my booking back. Return tickets are sold seperately, there is no discount by the way.
