Part of the initial app setup is creating a user which is done only through mobile number and SMS OTP verification. This step isn't working, despite trying several times the otp wasn't received, rendering the app broke & unusable

Very bad call centre and application after verification of my order and waited for 1 hour. I called the hotline, and they told me the order is cancelled from their side bc the address is not clear. However, they have my mobile number, and no one was cared to clarify my address. they are very unprofessional and carless. i don't recommend them if you want to keep your inner peace.

Very bad application. The worst ever.. I waited for OTP login confirmation and I never got it. Useless application. Waste of developers' effort and time. And now it is part of wasting customers' time.
