I used to be able to enter and delete new billers along with creating recurring internal transfers through the app. Now I have to use the desktop version and it has to be Chrome as the browser since Firefox, my preferred browser, cannot open the pop up window. I have checked all my settings and Pop up windows are allowed. I cannot delete reoccurring transfers either. Through the app and the desktop. Yes, I called the branch and they were also unsuccessful. Still <3 them though!

It is good for checking balances and immediate transfers. I don't like that you can't verify through Bill pay when and where a payment cleared or didn't clear my account. I don't like that the bill payer app will allow the main c.u. page to time out. Paying new billers through the app wasn't available until recently and still you have to hunt around to find how to get it done. But all in all for a small local credit union I think they are awesome!

It will be truly Appreciate if the developers fix the app .I tried to e mail out to them and the email did not went through.its time consuming going to my bank to do transaction ( specifically when I live 30 min away from the bank).I commented to the teller about the app not working and she didn't have a clue o received any complain about the app not working...it's a great tool this app, however need fix quickly
