The most unreliable app, your task might be completed, hate the customer service!!!! its been 5 days!! that i have raised the complaint and still not resolved, won't recommend anyone to use this app. All I hear from the support team is that the concern team will get back to you in within 48 hrs and your issues will be solved, well they never reached out, hence my issues haven't solved at all!!!!!!

Very bad experience through porter we are facing nowadays. At time of booking the fare shown is low, and after confirming the booking thr fare suddenly increases. This is misleading and unacceptable. On the top of that, the drivers are very rude and demand extra charges without any valid reason. There is also no support when these issues happen. Overall, Porter has become unreliable and disappointing. I would not recommend this service unless these problems are fixed.

We are having bad experience with porter now. The app is showing outstanding due from a booking of Nov 2024. We have made payment that time itself. After that we have booked porter many times. And now the app is not allowing us to book porter. Our complaint was registered with porter but not resolved. They are saying there are no bookings since then. Even when we have booked porter many times after that.
