The most unreliable app, your task might be completed, hate the customer service!!!! its been 5 days!! that i have raised the complaint and still not resolved, won't recommend anyone to use this app. All I hear from the support team is that the concern team will get back to you in within 48 hrs and your issues will be solved, well they never reached out, hence my issues haven't solved at all!!!!!!

You just cannot trust their drivers in case of emergency. They use multiple applications to deliver products and deroute even when they have picked your product for delivery. The worst customer care that I have seen so far. I have been using porter for so many years but past recent experiences, I will now shift to other applications as they don't have any control over their drivers.

"The Porter app needs a 'Default Address' option. Since I regularly send parcels from the same location, having a default setting would be very helpful. Currently, the 'Saved Addresses' feature is inconvenient. There should be a direct button/option to select saved addresses on both the sender and receiver selection pages to make the process faster."
