The most unreliable app, your task might be completed, hate the customer service!!!! its been 5 days!! that i have raised the complaint and still not resolved, won't recommend anyone to use this app. All I hear from the support team is that the concern team will get back to you in within 48 hrs and your issues will be solved, well they never reached out, hence my issues haven't solved at all!!!!!!

I had the absolute worst experience with this app. I book movers and packers way in advance and so I made required arrangements. 10 minutes before the pickup I was told that they have just sent the mover. I kept requesting customer support to take care of it and they kept delaying it and putting me on hold. The customer support is especially bad, because you can't reach out to them. Only they can, at their own leisure. Happened again the next day when I just tried to book movers.

I booked the movers with helper for loading and unloading of the goods, but only driver came and he told that he will not do it. I called the customer care and they told they can not cancel the loading and unloading option both, and can cancel only one. So we ended up with paying the double amount (moving and loading) for doing loading and partial unloading also. And till now no refund also. Very bad service.
