Ratings and reviews

Why have an app that continuously logs you out every time you use. Even minutes after being logged in, then, the password you've just used won't work so you have to reset. This is poor and perfectly timed to cause problems during one of the busiest holiday periods. I would not recommend using this app until the IT boffins can launch a version that will actually work.

Pain in the neck! Took me an age to get my booking to show despite very carefully following the instructions. Eventually had to get help via the live chat. But, even then, after my booking was added, the details of my inbound flight are incorrect ( I double checked them on easyjet app) they show same as outbound, effectively travelling out and back on same flight! Nonsense! Also, every time I try to go onto the app for a peek I have to reaccess via an email link; total faff! Load of rubbish!!

I don't get it why some users rate the application with 1 star only. Very harsh. This app. has some really good features, it's very engaging and interactive at the same time. Yes there are bugs like can't load a profile photo, the system won't save profile changes, when you add a property to the wishlist it's nearly impossible to find that list unless you add another property but these are issues which can be fixed. I strongly believe it has the potential to be one of the best travel apps.
