I downloaded the app and before I could place any request for loan I got an amount sent to my account. My complaint, I have not place any request for loan, I don't know how the amount sent to me was calculated, time frame for refund was within 7days with interest of N8000 on N12,000 sent. The representative reaching out to me wouldn't listen to my explanation and very abusive. I am not enjoying this experience at. The customer care line on the app is not reachable.

Very unreliable app. Being trying to pay B4 loan expiry. App. not opening. Then, they'll open with one useless additional interest! And the amount given is far from amount displayed. Things don't work like this! Do better than just sending your automated apologies.

The most unreasonable loan app you will ever come across, the moment you register, they automatically credit your account without your consent and when you contact them, their response is since you register you have given them the right to credit you, as how pls. I have reported them to fccpc in short. Pls don't download for your own good. Thanks to Fccpc for their intervention on this matter, I never knew this loan app could be sober like this. The issue has been resolved.
