Great app for some daily abs Love this app, it has great exercises and the three time limits are good. I've been doing this every day for a while, now I do the ten minute and have added and adjusted some of the exercises to make it a little more strenuous. Would love to see a harder 2.0 version!
Really good Simple, clear demonstration videos and the option to create your own workout is brilliant. Really good for when you are just starting to do proper core sessions at the end of your workout and it's my go to when I have exhausted other workout options. Could do with some more intense workout options, ie v-sits, leg raises holding onto a bar etc.
So far so good I like that I get a really good ab workout, upper and lower, in a very short period of time. Who can't find five minutes?!
Great App Does the job and plenty of different options to do. Can't seem to make the video full screen which is my only critcism.
Great app Very simple, straight forward, great app. Voice cues are good. Exercises could be a bit more varied, other than crunches, hence the 4 stars.
Great ab workout I tried several ab training apps and liked this one best. Maybe a little too difficult for an absolute beginner, but there is a good range of exercises to hit all the abs and feel the burn. Videos are pretty good.
- Added back applause audio option at end of workout (can turn on in app settings)
