Ratings and reviews

I like that TodayTix is easy to use and offers Lottery&Rush for some shows. What it could do better is be more clear about the differences between seatings/prices. It may be intuitive, but I prefer things to be written out clearly; for example, $57 Mezzanine and $67 Mezzanine for the same show and looks like they're for the same seating area. Even the seating area picture for both prices are the same. Other than that, I think the app is great.

Great app for purchasing tickets that you absolutely plan to use, cuz if you ever need to cancel, get ready for a long drawn out ordeal. You will actively have to contact Today Tix cuz they don't and it's never a smooth process... even if you purchase their ticket cancellation insurance!! They don't follow through with promises to contact so it is always up to you to hunt them down, speaking to several different people or epartments. They'll gladly take your money, but never want to give it back

Booked 4 shows using this app now and I'm very pleased with service overall. Occasionally though it freezes & you have to start process again as your only given 5 minutes to continue purchasing the tickets. This is very frustrating & you should maybe think of increasing the time to complete the booking, if things like this are happening. However apart from that issue, I would say it was an excellent app.
