Ratings and reviews

This app is a life saver! 🛟 I am happily neurodivergent because of ToDoist. I do, however, have a feature request: an alarm clock. Yes, I know every phone comes with an alarm clock, but not all alarm clocks are created equally. I trust the folks at ToDoist to develop a reliable alarm clock as an extension to their stupendous time management app. Please add an alarm clock, please! 🙏

This is a nice free app. It helps me keep track of my daily/reoccuring tasks as well as misc stuff and less frequent stuff like birthdays. It's handy to have the large widget to see my list when I open my phone, without having to take the extra step to open the app because I'm deterred by even the most minor inconveniences. It did stop working like 2-3 times over the past few years and I had to uninstall/reinstall, but all my items were still saved and there.

Todoist has great features and the GTD system has been quite effective. I've tested out an array of productivity apps and this is one of the ones that stuck. I also use it to keep longlists and make plans. The free version is good enough for most of my needs and I find the 5 boards to be plenty. Being able to switch between the app and the Web version from my laptop, and assigning tasks to other users works brilliantly.
