Offers pretty decent functionality despite being free. Premium adds so much more good stuff that are useful to me (especially labels). Has really high customisation availability compared to other to-do apps I use. Good integration with the GTD system too. What it needs is better integration with Google Calendar. The built in integration did not work that well for me as it forces two way integration with no choice to opt out for one direction. Resorted to using ifttt for the time being.
Ive been using paid todoist for years. It is my favorite note app but I also store other information I can share lists with others. The free app is also awesome and those I share lists with only have the free app. Besides shopping lists, I use todoist to keep household I formation such as air filter sizes, paint colors, dimensions of things, etc. It syncs across all devices and the app is available for all devices, desktops, internet browser plugins, & and phone/tables.
The interface, usability etc is quite good. But I felt it to be useless until you get the premium features. In the simple package you cannot even set reminders or add notes. But once you get the Premium features its hands down the best to do app.
Great app! Easy to use on phone, tablet, ChromeBook, and desktop. The only thing that I feel this app is missing; is a dark theme option. I'll never understand why software developers don't make this a standard option. The white backgrounds kill your eyes.
My favorite productivity app. I tried others, like Trello, and Evernote (I still use Evernote for other things) but they didnt have the features I needed, or the features were inconvenient and ineffecient. Todoist resolves all the issues i had with other apps.
It's a very good app and service. Yes the fact that it is a subscription service for the premium stuff is a bit annoying, but understandable. The only down side to the app is that if I have switched from one project to another, pressing the back button will just exit the app, since it sees all projects as equal, it would be nice if it went back to either the previously open project, or the inbox. Overall however, great app
