Update: I followed the instructions from Rahyl and it didn't help. Despite having a yearly subscription through Google Play, it has stopped working. Twice in one month the subscription has stopped working. I followed the instructions to delete storage/cache and reinstalling the app to restore purchase. It worked for 1 week and now I am again facing the same issue. This is literally a huge bug and quite unacceptable.

Zoom controls while driving don't work properly. The "MyDrive" feature it's buggy. On a MyDrive route it isn't possible to add new stops along the route. UI/UX are poor. It drives me quite often nearby the Gas Stations and not "in" the Gas Stations, which sometimes it's s big problem. The destination search isn't comparable to Google: if you know the "name" but not the "address" of a place, you might not find it. It's pricey, compared to free alternatives like Google Maps or Waze.

Hi TomTom team, you really need to fix this very DANGEROUS bug ASAP! I am using TomTom for years and, despite constant glitches, I like the app. But what happend this weekend is very dangerous. I do have an active subscription. I was driving on the Autobahn at high speed and TomTom said to take the exit soon. Suddenly, it stops navigation and displays a message that my trial period has ended and I need to choose a subscription. In the middle of driving!!! And it is when I do have a subscription! Another glitch, but very dangerous as it put me under stress and distracted my attention from the road. I had to stop on the next parking and restart the app. After that, it worked again. Please fix the bug immediately and NEVER display such messages while driving! Happy to change the rating when you confirm that the bug has been fixed. Thanks
