About this app

HUNDREDWEIGHT is a strength building, progressive overload trainer
built from the ground up to push you to continue to make progress in
the gym.

TRACK YOUR WORKOUTS
Track weight, reps, and sets for every exercise. See your weight add
up in real time. Hit a PR? HUNDREDWEIGHT spots it instantly and
celebrates with you.

GUIDED PROGRAMS
Follow proven programs with automatic weight progression, deloads,
and calculated working weights.
Strength, Hypertrophy and Women's Programs available.

CUSTOM ROUTINES
Build your own routines from a library of 360+ exercises across 14
muscle groups. Assign one of four auto-progression modes — Linear,
Double, Ascending Pyramid, or Reverse Pyramid — to any exercise.
Create supersets, drop sets, or advanced intensity protocols like
Reps in Reserve and Rate of Perceived Exertion. Every routine and
every exercise is fully customizable and can be sent to friends or
clients so they can add it to their Routines Homepage and get to
work.

CARDIO TRACKING
Ten built-in activities — Run, Walk, Bike, Row, Swim, Stair Climber,
Elliptical, Hike, Jump Rope, and a custom Other mode. Each tracks
duration, estimated calories, and live heart rate when connected.
Distance activities track pace in real time with mi/km toggle. Row
tracks meters, Swim tracks laps, Stair Climber tracks floors. Summary
screen shows distance, avg pace, calories, and HR zones.

FLOWS
Kettlebell flows and calisthenics circuits with dedicated EMOM,
INTERVAL, and AMRAP timers.

EQUIPMENT FILTER
Tell HUNDREDWEIGHT what gear you have and the entire app adapts.
Select from 13 equipment categories including plates and bar setups —
When the filter is on, the exercise library only shows movements you
can actually do. Swap suggestions prioritize your available
equipment too. Train at a home gym with just dumbbells and a bench?
HUNDREDWEIGHT shows you exactly what's possible. Full gym access?
Turn the filter off and see everything.

PLATE CALCULATOR
No more whipping out the calculator to figure out which plates to
load on the bar. HUNDREDWEIGHT breaks it down with the tap of a
button so you spend less time setting up and more time lifting.

EVERY TIMER YOU NEED
REST, INTERVAL, AMRAP, EMOM, TABATA, and FOR TIME — all built in. Get
countdown alerts and PR badges from your lock screen and
notification shade even when the app is in the background, plus a
persistent workout-active notification so you never lose track of
where you are in a session.

LIVE HEART RATE
Connect a Bluetooth heart rate monitor — chest straps and wrist
devices from Polar, Garmin, WHOOP, Wahoo, COROS, and similar brands —
and see your BPM, heart rate zone, and estimated calories burned as
you train. Heart rate is also read through Health Connect when you
have a connected wearable like a Pixel Watch or Galaxy Watch that
writes HR to your Health Connect store.

KNOW YOUR NUMBERS
Volume by muscle group, most trained exercises, exercise progress
charts, and weekly, monthly, and yearly breakdowns — all on the Stats
screen.

ADDITIONAL FEATURES
-Health Connect integration — auto-sync body weight and body fat from
smart scales (Withings, Garmin, Fitbit, and similar), and write
completed workouts, active calories, and heart rate samples back to
Health Connect so other fitness apps see them
-Cloud sync across devices through your HUNDREDWEIGHT account — sign
