Worse experience everytime I order using Jalal sons app, after ordering you will have to contact them (because they won't) so that they can let you know that they don't have what you ordered, and of course this whole exercise will cost you hours. Suggestion: please stop taking online orders if you can't deliver. thanks

this is the worst app it took them 15 min to confirm the order and then 1 hour and 20 minutes later I call them asking where it is and they say driver is left with it the branch is 10 minutes walk from my house so 15 minutes later I call again no reply they ignoring my number then another 20 minutes later the delivery guy calls saying the drink I ordered with 2 burgers isn't available and then he finally arrives almost 2 hours in and the food is cold like literally it must be sitting 20 min cold

Every time we have to call and ask for confirmation and they told they don't have order. Then after 20 minutes or so on again call we have to tell them our order and they confirm it. it wasted lot of time and energy
