application is not working from many days. i uninstalled and downloaded again but same problem in android

App is not working at all despite multiple attempts.and delivery charges are not fair.

wait for eternity for the order. Order something as simple as a zinger and then you have to wait for at least 90 minutes. Their model town branch is the slowest. I have complained many times but it stays the same. Only order when nothing else is open
