Did not see the disclaimer at the *very end* of the app description saying it's only available to residents of Malaysia. The whole pitch is that it's the future of payments in Southeast Asia--but only for people in one country, apparently. Yeah, okay. I'll be waiting for it to expand to *all* of SEA so I can stop paying exorbitant processing fees for AirAsia flights (one of the reasons I avoid AirAsia in the first place).

I haven’t used my BigPay account for a long time. When I tried to log in, I couldn’t access it, so I updated the app. After logging in, I noticed two transactions I did not make, and money was deducted from my account. I reported this to customer service, but no action was taken. The next day, another unauthorized transaction occurred, and my account was charged again. Please refund my money!!

To be honest, I don't see a point why u need this card. It charges u to top up using credit card. It has bad exchange rates compared to other companies. It has the worst security ever, personally I had 3 cards with it, all of them experienced unauthorized transactions. It has the worst app ever, the chat box is constantly disconnecting, waiting time is long, u will never get a prompt response. Unauthorized transactions refund is difficult and nearly impossible. BAD!!!
