Love the app. Love the blue card. All features are incredibly amazing. Especially the expense tracker and the seamless personal loan. Never encountered any problem so far. Customer support are great. They have smoothly assisted my re-registration issue. Thanks to CS Mr. Hidayat for keep following up my issue regarding that matter. Online and on-the-counter transactions went very well too 💙

Hi, BigPay. Good job so far. I been using it more than 3 years and so far so good....except today Notification keep pop up and asking me to top up because of "low balance". This is very annoying especially I have my choice to top up whenever I need right. If there's online transaction that interrupted because insufficient fund I can totally appreciate. But this kind of annoying notification is NOT WORKING. *more than 5 times in 1 one hour for the SAME MESSAGE

I was doubled charged by a store by accident. I contact the support personnel Brijesh. He told me that as both transaction are pending. It will depend on the shop to take action to claim 1 or both transaction if they desire. There is nothing they can do on their end. Even notifying user on when the claim happen is not possible. Mind you the time frame is between 0 to 10 days. Absurb service this a absolutely in acceptable. There are way better overseas payment service out there.
