Good for a free tracking tool but the search function for exercises is atrocious so I actually just use the "create your own exercise" function for most of them. Also it would be nice to have the app track the same exercise in different workouts separately. I will not deadlift the same on a deadlift only day than on a day I do other exercises before .. Other than that it's free tracking function works well enough!

**Update** We've added similarity search for exercises after reading this comment. It's much better now. You can track the same exercise in different workouts separately by changing the "previous set placeholders" in settings to workout instead of exercise (the default). If you have more feedback let us know!

Personally been using Excel for the last few years but this might be the app that knocks Excel off it's podium. Going to try the free version next mesocycle. Haven't tried premium but it's less than £4 a month (probably the lowest on the market, even lower with yearly plans).

Pretty good app, some pros and cons over your standard notes app. 100% better than your average tracking app however. 4/5 due to having to add some pretty standard exercises myself and there being a pay wall for viewing workouts two weeks prior.

Appreciate the feedback! Will work on adding some more standard exercises to the public library. You can view all your workout history free by pressing the calendar "Tue, Jan 20, 2026" and selecting a day in the past. We also have a dedicated history section in the side bar to see all your previous workout history, which also is free.
