This used to be a good app. I am a premium member, and I can not log in anymore. I have contacted support. They are asking for a screenshot shot of my account. Every time I send it in, they block the image and tell me the email was empty. They just keep sending me the same email asking for a screenshot of my account. Broken record. Support tells me my account does not exist, but if I try to recreate the account the app says my account exists. Such a shame.

things have really gone downhill. I am constantly having problems with data syncing and it seems to be a problem for a lot of people. Finding help on the website is next to impossible. I sent an email to support last week and haven't gotten a response. The only solution seems to be reinstalling the app, which means either losing data that isn't synced or manually saving everything as . gpx.

Map layers are duplicated hundreds of times in the layer list. This has been the case for a year now, and they haven't fixed it despite my reporting it several times (and trying all their suggested fixes). The latest update says they fixed it, but it is not fixed. They asked me to send them logs, but the app no longer can send logs (gets an error message when I try). What a dumpster fire.

What’s new

This release brings a handful of welcome improvements to your adventures! Turn-by-turn verbal directions now play reliably throughout your entire route, GPX file importing is back in working order, and Adventure Mode maps now display basemap labels more clearly. Left-handed and right-to-left users will notice tidier map controls, and offline map downloads behave more accurately.
