Sznd provides real-time exchange rates with no hidden fees, and transactions may be processed instantly or take up to two business days, depending on the payment method. All fees are displayed before confirming a transaction, and while Sznd does not charge hidden fees, third-party banks or payment providers may apply additional charges. Transactions cannot be reversed once completed unless there was an error on our part, and refunds for failed transactions are processed within 5-7 business days.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we detect suspicious activity, fraudulent transactions, or non-compliance with financial regulations. Additionally, we may suspend your account if requested verification documents are not provided or if you breach our terms and conditions.
