Ratings and reviews

overall good app. very user friendly. HOWEVER when the transaction process completes it lands on the browser and you can't see if the transaction is completed or not. you have to close the window and open wise app to see the progress. (suggestion: it will be great if everything includes in the app. no redirect on the browser.

They ask a ton of questions and documents just for the initial 20€ but of course after you initiated the transfer. Later I saw it cost me an untold fee of 0.09€ which was somehow refunded for whatever reason. This is NOT the transparency I expected. Their referral program is also tricking. No fee free transfer or free card. Nothing.

Several transfers are not updated according to the option you selected. For example, you select an option that should get your transfer in seconds but it doesn't work. The app does the debt in your bank account but does not add the credit in the app. When you call support they never help and standard answer is you have to wait 5 days. But to get your money you don't need to wait that works pretty well.

What's new

If you've got your phone language set to Simplified Chinese or Thai language, you'll now be able to send, spend and receive in Simplified Chinese or Thai too.

And we fixed bugs and made minor improvements.
