fairly easy to use, good way to send money to other people, and the rates aren't bad. sometimes I'm frustrated with how many times the app will tell me my transfer might take a few days because my money hasn't posted to the Wise account. so I had to link 2 of my accounts and switch back and forth on which one to use to transfer the money the fastest.

It worked great until there was a problem. It was fast, smooth, cheap. Then I switched bank accounts, and my new bank blocked the transfer, even though wise sent the funds. Leaving me owing wise $500. That was on my bank, not wise, but then I tried to pay wise the $500. Unfortunately there is not enough space in these reviews to go into detail, but nobody I could reach by phone could do anything at all. It wasn't until a month after my balance was sent to collections that they told me it was.

Sending money is difficult. Trying different options to get the fastest delivery option got my delivery method locked. When trying to reach an agent by phone there's a long wait time and only been successful at even getting a call back one time. Speaking to an agent through chat and they tell you they can't help because it's up to the specialized agent when they'll be able to fix your account. p.s. I am "not eligible" to close my account. B.s.

Hey, Jorowen! Usually the fastest option is to pay using your bank card or with currencies held on your Wise account. However, if this option is unavailable, then please wait for an update from the specialized team. Otherwise, an account can only be closed if there isn't anything pending on it (Such as transfers, checks, or remaining money). - Wise
